Community Prevention Resources (CPR) is a substance use prevention program working through the Regional Office of Education #21 to deliver innovative prevention services in Franklin and Saline counties. The CPR team focuses on changing perceptions and developing skills and norms that support healthy substance-free environments within schools and communities.  


Funded in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery through a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
